I am writing to you to thank you for all your help in supplying our new kitchen floor. I am very pleased with it.

 I would also like to thank you for putting us in touch with your fitter Darren Clarke of Floorfit Connections. He duly arrived on time and laid the floor perfectly with very little mess. After he left I found an imperfection in one of the boards and after a quick call to Darren he arranged to come back on the Sunday (the next day) to replace the board. He did and all is perfect again.
